How does the process start?
With the Aura Potential Assessment. It takes five minutes, it is free, and it produces a provisional pathway report — a recommended vertical, a recommended programme, an estimated timeline and a next step. From there you either book a call or purchase directly.
Which countries do you cover?
Singapore, Malaysia and China today. Vietnam, Australia and the Philippines are planned. On the origin side we work with talent from France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and Francophone Africa.
Do you handle visas?
Yes. Visa Assistance is available as a standalone service under Incepta Pathways and is included in the Total Confidence Bundle. We prepare and review the file and guide you through each step; the decision itself always rests with the immigration authority of the destination country.
How can I pay?
Card, PayNow, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Invoices above $10,000 can be settled by bank transfer on net-30 terms. You may pay in USD, EUR or SGD — the charge currency is always shown before you confirm.
What is your refund policy?

How long does it take?
Incepta Digital runs two months, Incepta Accelerator four, Incepta Premium Executive six. An academic pathway is governed by the intake calendar of the university you are applying to, so it is planned backwards from that date.
