What Aura does not do

It does not make decisions about people. Every pathway is reviewed by a named human advisor before it is issued.
It does not produce a score we hide from you. If you receive a recommendation, you can see why.
It does not replace an immigration authority, an admissions committee or a hiring manager.

The data moat

Aura improves as the corridor deepens. Every pathway designed, every outcome recorded and every readiness measurement taken in Singapore, Malaysia and China feeds a model that no generalist can build, because no generalist owns this corridor end to end.

Where Pulsifi fits

Pulsifi is a third-party predictive people-analytics platform. We resell, deploy, configure and support it for enterprise clients under Incepta Talent Intelligence. It is a separate product from Aura and we do not present its capabilities as our own. Where you see the 75 % figure, it belongs to that predictive assessment work, and it appears only on the Incepta Talent Intelligence pages.
